Whether you are seeking to heal from something difficult, wanting to repair a relationship, or just need a thoughtful and supportive ear to listen, I look forward to hearing from you.

I provide affirmative psychotherapy to adult individuals, couples, families, children, and teens. In therapy, I use a strengths-based approach while incorporating evidence-based interventions to help clients create meaningful and positive changes. I strive to welcome all clients with a compassionate presence and non-judgemental curiosity.

Together, we will explore the patterns that are holding you back and work toward developing the skills that will allow you to follow a life path that brings you meaning. I can also assist you in processing how past experiences may be contributing to existing insecurities, communication barriers, conflicting values, and/or professional dissatisfaction. Throughout the therapy process, I will meet you right where you are and empower you to make healthy and helpful choices in your life.

I am a culturally sensitive therapist, LGBTQ+ affirming, supportive of nontraditional families, and strive to treat all clients as experts on their own lives. I am especially passionate about creating a safe space to hold religious faith-based themes along with LGBTQ+ topics. I have also cultivated a passion for helping couples communicate more effectively and repair relationships. I am a sex-positive therapist and will not shy away from topics that are typically taboo. My goal is to create a space that invites honest conversation, to which I will meet you with gentleness, validation, and support.

I am currently a Master’s graduate student in the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Fuller School of Psychology in Pasadena.
