About Phillip

Do you have a hard time understanding or feeling your emotions?

Are you feeling alone or misunderstood?

Are your relationships suffering?

Are you worried about your teen?

Life's difficulties can be painful, but they can also provide the opportunity to awaken untapped strength, courage, and innate healing abilities that can lead to transformation and change. I can help you discover your best self and to have stronger and more satisfying relationships.

Our work together will begin by building mutual understanding, respect, and trust. We'll explore your strengths and challenges and understand what might be getting in the way of you living a fuller and happier life. Our work together can lead to increased relaxation, clarity, and vitality.

The decision to engage in therapy is a step towards healing and a commitment to find what brings inner peach and strength. Therapy with individuals and teens becomes interactive and collaborative when engaging with Cognitive Behavior and Solution Focus modalities to discuss life issues that are challenging or addressing mental health concerns.

I offer compassionate and collaborative teen, individual and couples therapy to those seeking to advance their self-understanding, to make meaning of their experiences, change undesired behaviors, manage mental health concerns, and to improve the quality of their lives.

My undergraduate studies in Interpersonal Communication at Rutgers University has helped me understand how to help clients develop stronger relationships and communicate their needs, hopes and desires.

I am in my final year of my Clinical Psychology Master’s Program at Fuller Graduate School in Pasadena.
