Every person is worthy of healing and freedom. Whether you are dealing with daily stressors or difficult experiences that continue to cause you pain, I am committed to meeting you where you are at and empowering you to live a healthy, flourishing life.

I desire to provide an authentic, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment to process through the thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that are challenging for you. I will work with you to identify and implement the tools needed to achieve your therapeutic goals as well as hold space for your thoughts and questions. Taking a holistic approach to counseling, I seek to incorporate in this process all of the parts that make us human- mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual, if desired.

I am passionate about working with children, teens, young adults, and adults. My background involves working with children and teens in a variety of capacities, including youth and adult survivors of abuse and trafficking. This provides me with experience in taking a trauma-informed approach to working with all individuals, no matter their story. Having also received counseling myself, I recognize that seeking support can feel daunting at times, and I am grateful for the privilege of being a part of your journey.

I value and respect each person and the diverse cultures, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and spiritual beliefs in our community.

Currently, I am a graduate student at Liberty University in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I am also trained in facilitating premarital counseling through the SYMBIS Assessment to help engaged couples strengthen their communication, dynamics, and relationship before marriage.
