Life can be a treacherous road with twists and turns along the way, whether you are dealing with day-to-day stressors or life has thrown you a major obstacle that seems too large to overcome.

Being in the driver’s seat of our own lives can sometimes be difficult and overwhelming. You don’t have to continue to struggle alone. Let’s figure this out together! I aim to offer you the tools you need to have the confidence to choose the turns you’ll take, and ultimately, your destination. This is the first and most important turn in your journey, deciding to seek therapy. Being chosen to accompany you is a privilege.

I understand the bravery involved in trusting a therapist with your personal story. It is a priority of mine to cultivate a safe and accepting space for clients to be themselves, feel validated, and experience clarity, peace, and wellness in their personal lives and relationships.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and creative as I work with you to identify and challenge the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck.

Some of my previous work has also allowed me to discover my joy for working with the youth. I am especially passionate about working with children, teens, adolescents, and adults, including working with those who are experiencing family and relational struggles, life stressors, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

I obtained my bachelor’s degree from the University of California Irvine, where I studied psychology, and am currently a graduate student at Fuller Pasadena in the Marriage and Family Therapy program.

I appreciate the uniqueness and diversity of every individual and their story, and work with people of various ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, and spiritual or religious affiliations.
